Our Business Development Manager will be responsible for helping us achieve our ambitious growth objectives by building the pipeline, embracing a daily quota of interactions and meeting a monthly quota of sales closures.

This position reports directly to a Co-Founder and will be responsible for sales in Denver/Boulder.

The individual will use traditional sales methods including cold-calling + cold-emailing, but will also execute creative marketing opportunities through social media, current client referrals, etc.

This position requires impeccable professionalism, both written and verbal, the ability to pick up on trends and the resolve to master a robust sales strategy.

Responsibilities include:
Researching companies, identifying key decision makers
Initiating contact through several mediums
Recording conversations and following up on leads
Scheduling sales calls and meetings
Preparing proposals and securing deals

Requirements

The best candidate...


Has three to five years of sales experience and a proven track record.

Has a strong network in Denver and Boulder.

Is comfortable with high-volume, cold-calling and emailing.

Takes initiative.

Has superior verbal and written communication skills.

Has a hustler spirit.

Possesses strong interpersonal skills.

Understands business operations and needs.
